More About Us

25 Year Product and Performance Warranty
Industry leading 25 year product workmanship and performance warranty is backed by a century old company- Panasonic. Power output is guaranteed to 90.76% after 25 years, far greater than other companies.

State-of-the-Art Heterojunction Technology
Panasonic’s unique heterojunction technology uses ultra-thin amorphous silicon layers. These thin dual layers reduce losses, resulting in higher energy output than conventional panels.

Original Pyramid Structure
The rough surface of conventional panels reflects sunlight out of the cell. Our unique pyramid structure captures sunlight more efficiently by reducing reflection and directing light inside the cells. The additional sunlight absorption generates more electricity output for your home.

High Efficiency Performance at High Temperatures
As temperature increases, HIT® continues to perform at high levels due to the industry leading temperature coefficient of -0.258% /°C. No other module even comes close to our temperature characteristics. That means more energy throughout the day.

Advanced Bifacial Cell Designed for Increased Energy Output
The cell utilizes sunlight reflected back from the rear side material which captures more light and converted into energy.

The Highest Testing Standards
Panasonic’s vertical integration, 20 years of experience manufacturing HIT® and 20 internal tests beyond those mandated by current standards provides extreme quality assurance.

"330 W of Power"
Reviewed Sep 18, 2018

I don't know if it is the panel or the inverter, but when one panel gets shade the power drops off. Otherwise, at 330w per panel, they produce as much or more than any other panel we looked at. I just wish they were the black on black like the 320w panels but, 10w x 21 panels I'll live with the color.

"Personal experience w/my new solar panels"
Reviewed Jun 07, 2018

I rarely ever write any types of reviews of rate products, but I wanted to share my experience with the new Panasonic Solar Panels that were recently installed.
My wife and I cannot be any happier with the new system. The panels pick up light even on cloudy days and have made quite a difference in our electrical bill.
All systems seem to be expensive, but we did a lot of research and found that the panels have a great warranty and value for the amount of service that they are providing.
Solare Energy was very helpful in making the right choice on the system and described in detail about the panels, system, warranties, workmanship and an anticipated timeline on when they would start and end the project.
Representatives from the company were great and made sure we were in the loop beginning to end.
Hats off to a great company and staff.

"Panasonic VBHN325SA16 HIT Solar Panels Review"
Reviewed May 08, 2018

I have these solar panels for 5 months now and so far they perform well and my solar system (27 panels of 325 watt/panel) is generating more power (1.1 MWatts in March and 1.4 MWatts in April) than what I used for the last 2 months.

"Great Panels from Panasonic"
Reviewed May 07, 2018

I love the Panasonic 330's that we chose for the install. My installer quoted me with Panasonic initially and I inquired about LG and Sun Power. He quoted me a little bit less for LG's and a little bit higher for Sun Power. I ended up going with Panasonic and I've happy with my choice. One of the best qualities about Panasonic is that they are the best to generate power even if it's cloudy or partially cloudy. They've produced about 15 MW of power in just over a year.

"good choice"
Reviewed May 07, 2018

I’ve done my extensive research and chosen Panasonic brand of solar panels. The installation process was quick, and my panels were up and running after two months. They are working good, and with 25 years warranty from a very reputable manufacturer I don’t appreciate any serious issues in the near future.

"Panasonic review"
Reviewed May 07, 2018

I went with Panasonic, for two reasons. Primarily, because I wanted a panel type to help gain an excess of energy with net metering. In NC, Duke resets the accrued energy at the end of May. So, I start over with no excess energy. I want to run the AC this summer. So, I went with a slightly more costly panel, so as not to pay any money to the power company other than the cost to stay on the grid. They cost a little more, but I want the comfort of mind not having to pay the power company, especially when they reset what I've accrued with net metering at the beginning of June, (for a reason). This panel type is able to face south which has limited space and meet my energy goals. I would need more panels with some of the other types, and they would face east and west. (for this review it ask me to rate value, quality, service and responsiveness. I'm rating my contractor and energy sage)

"Great panels"
Reviewed May 07, 2018

I’ve been very pleased so far with these Panasonic panels. I installed them just before winter so I have yet to see their full potential, but now that the days are getting longer my panels are performing as expected. Looking at my panel olpowe outputs all 22 panels are very close to each other in terms of power produced. No duds here.

I would definitely purchase these again. If anything changes I’ll update my review.

So far so good. Got them installed in December and they're putting out enough to match or beat the installer's estimate.
