Fusion Power

Had my solar system set up four years ago… with battery backup system… The system is requiring maintenance, put a service call in three weeks ago… still waiting for a date for service to be provided. Wish there was as much urgency to fix and maintain their product as there was to install it and collect payments.

Took our money and ran. Roof isn’t finished and they coordinated that. Money back for taxes hahaha nope. They ruined my trust for anyone touching my home. 60k for a paper weight on the roof. Oh and they emailed me a couple times then when I inquired about service they blocked me and rep told me they went out of business months ago. So who do we go after?

Awesome people until the system is installed and they get paid. Post install? The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Zero follow up, zero communication and worse? If you are able to find somebody, they simply don’t care. I even had an owner of the company tell me to try and talk to the mfg. myself cause they couldn’t help…..

Just had batteries installed on my existing system everything was great till they sell you something then you don’t hear back from them. My sales rep said he was my point on contact he never returns calls or text his name is Sean out in Buckeye. I have put in fix it ticket with Fusion and still nothing the lady said she can see where they put in the wrong email that’s why I can’t connect to my system but still nothing and who knows if it’s even working terrible customer service I would highly recommend going else where to get solar look at the reviews on this place most of us are not happy

They're super helpful when they're trying to get you to buy stuff, but good luck getting a hold of them when something goes wrong.

Fusion Power solar of Chandler AZ Imposed A SCAM LEASE on Me, Low Income Elderly, with Their Lies March 2025 Never Let their Rep inside your house! - they will scam you like what they just have done to me. Fusion Power is shameless group of companies who will put some panels on the roof of your house and will be extorting fee lease money out of you for 25 years, escalating the fees by the time you are 91 years old. No shame, or respect to elderly. They hit me now with the first bill, which together with APS bill is totaling to the twice higher than my APS last month bill. I have placed complaints at different sites and AZ Attorney General. I will be looking for justice to stop these dangerous white collar criminals. They put on me predatory solar contract that causes stress and financial annoyance. The society has to be alarmed of this unethical extorting business which hits the elderly. p the vulnerable part of the population. March 30 2025 El Mirage AZ
