Fusion Power

When we had our consultation we were made promises that have not come true…we considered solar to minimize our APS payment and save money while using renewable resources. So we contacted fusion power. They came out and shared how we can save money, and accomplish all of our goals. Both reps reviews months of our APS bills and calculated the amount of panels we would need to be in the negative with APS. To ensure we were in the negative they recommended adding more panels. In total we have 32 panels, I believe we added 10 more panels then originally calculated from their recommendations. In our loan we added money to replace the A/C unit and replaced the windows…we were excited at the possibility of saving money. That was not the case…our solar payment is $400 and our APS bill in winter months is $150-$175 and in the summer is $225 or more. When we contacted fusion power we were told both of our reps have moved on and they don’t know what we were promised. Just so we are all on the same page our payments prior to new A/C unit and new windows were $280 all year long. So now with new windows and new A/C our summer bills are up considerably and we have a $400 solar payment. We have contacted APS numerous times to which were told we haven’t had a spike in usage so something is not right with our solar. The one thing fusion had tried to do is “help us understand our bill” but it stops there. We have reached out to fusion MANY times with no answers besides call APS or “here’s how to understand your bill”. It is frustrating that we were scammed into this massive payment with no savings. We were supposed to be protected by any APS rate increases but that didn’t happen. All in all if you are considering solar I would strongly recommend not doing it or at the minimum not with fusion. I have heard success stories but we are not one of them and fusion has not seem to care at all to help us be a success story. It’s sad we were scammed. Don’t be suckered and don’t be scammed by this company. (And because the owner has replied with our math doesn’t add up here my response) To respond to the owners reply: To be clear that’s what YOUR sales team told us. We understand the solar payment. What we don’t understand is how we were scammed with “if we bought your system added 10 more panels” then we wouldn’t have an APS payment at all. In fact we were told by YOUR company we would have a credit from APS every month ranging for $-50 on. Your response to our post is EXACTLY what we have experienced through this entire process. You quite literally just proved our point on how this company of yours sells people lies, scams people, and doesn’t not care about there customers. Horrible company, horrible customer service.

Literally nothing the sales rep promised actually happened. Told I would save 85-90% on SRP bill, more like 30%. Was told I wouldn't have payments for 6 months. Lies. They haven't returned a phone call or email since I signed the contract. Do not do business with this company

I recently had solar istalled and it was 200 percent overall better than my experiennce with the last house and company! Tom Seiche came to our home well prepared with all info and presented a great picture of what would happen if we contracted with Fusion. I must say that he assumed all responsibility for making things happen. The system was scheduled and installed in a very short time. Once installed we had permission to operate in a matter of DAYS not weeks that is the norm. Everything promised was delivered with no problem. Any questions or needs were only a phone call away. Tom is the BEST! Anyone wanting solar could never do any better than Tom and Fusion. Roger Bowton

After a good installation.. I'm not able to see a real savings on my bill. I will like better explanation about the first bill in order to avoid frustrated clients. Also explain all options before the purchase. I still no 100% with the savings

I used Fusion a couple years ago and wanted to add more solar panels. They offered the best price and I was able to get a new AC unit installed with the additional panels. They were great from the start of the process through completion, keeping me posted each step of the way. Agent provided me with great customer service and answered all my many questions. Awesome company to work with - highly recommend.

I decided to go Solar back in 2019 with Fusion and I had the best experience. Fusion walked me through every step of the way. From the day I agreed to go Solar, to all the way to my installation date. I highly recommend Fusion and if I could go Solar again, I would go with Fusion. Communication was perfect and made my whole solar experience easy going and stress free.
