I Just installed a Sol-ark 1200k. The setup was a little complicated but phone support was fast to respond and walk me through my particular setup. once We had the inverter communicating with wifi the tech person was able to see all settings in real time, he could change them remotely or was happy to explain to me how to do it myself. Very Happy
I've had my 8k sol ark inverter a whole 3 days and it is beyond any of my expectations. Loaded with all konds of innovative setups for any need. As i installed it myself, I'd recommend they put together a COMPREHENSIVE programming guide as the manual assumes pro installer. Took me 2 days and 3 youtubes to figure out scheduler!
Had a serious issue with power surges and outages. Bill was thoughtful, very knowledgeable, clear in his communication and patient as he helped me to resolve the issue. Now the system functions smoothly. I appreciate Sol-Ark's strong tech support and after-care which is essential for a product like this and would recommend the Sol-Ark inverter to prospective buyers.

Excellent service and great support
I recently finished installation of a standard wiring diagram, with a utility service, solar panels, DC batteries and a generator, all integrated with the Sol-Ark 15k. I've been impressed with the function of the unit, it certainly operates as described. The unit rapidly integrates DC solar and DC battery to supply AC power to the house. It can draw from AC utility power when DC is insufficient to meet momentary power draw, which is convenient. So far I am impressed.
